''Massage is a powerful tool that can guide a person back to a fuller version of themselves: a bit looser, a bit lighter and a bit clearer. To massage holistically recognises that bodies are beautifully complex things and that the greatest healing potential comes from recognising all of its interconnected inner workings: be it muscular pain, a build-up of toxins, a heightened nervous system or a busy mind.

As such my practice follows 3 main principles:

  • The whole practitioner is fully present, listening and focused, making full use of their senses, intuition and experience to…
  • Attend to the whole client: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. This approach acknowledges the full depth of you as a person…
  • And uses a range of techniques and skills that are most suited to the current you.

The session can cover the whole body or have a particular focus towards problem areas. Each treatment includes a full consultation and treatment plan made up of a range of techniques based on your needs: traditional Swedish massage, deep tissue and pressure points, joint mobilisation, palpation and stretching, percussion, bone tapping, side-lying, energy work, abdomen and digestion, lymph drainage and breath work.''

  Formerly based in Southville, Bristol, Danielle has more than 10 years experience in giving Colonic Irrigation Treatments and can also offer nutritional advice and Food Sensitivity Testing.

Cancellation Policy
All appointments booked through Conscience Foods & Lifestyle require a minimum of 48h working days' notice in order to amend* dates & times and to avoid full payment of the treatment booked.
*A maximum of 2 amendments may be made in any 3 month period, regardless of how many bookings have been made in that same period.

    Room hire:
Our treatment rooms opened on 12th September 2020 and offer a spacious and peaceful environment with a separate entrance to the shop for your discretion.


Are you a practitioner looking for a room to hire?
We offer hourly rates, half day & daily rates to suit your needs.
Call for availability and an appointment today. 

All rooms have a wash basin; there is a waiting area and there are 2 toilets. 
Our rooms are also perfect for small workshops.
